When a new customer comes on board with the NSC and requests the National Communication Center to rout service calls, the following procedure will be implemented
The On-Site Service Visit Will:
- Make a list of all covered equipment including brand, model and serial number
- Identify each piece of covered equipment
- Verify and note the warranty status of any equipment under warranty
After The On-Site Inspection, The Survey Forms Are Sent To The NSC Office:
- A database is set up for each customer
- Each store is identified by store number (A search can also be made by zip code, city, state, etc…)
- The specific listing of equipment is added to each store
When A Call Is Received At The National Communication Center:
- Customer identifies their location and the data for that store is brought up
- Information is taken by the operator and the call is dispatched to the appropriate service agency
